What to Expect
- To know their rights as a participant and the standards of practice set out by the NSW State Government;
- To know what Dundaloo Support Services may expect or require of a participant, in relation to safe practices and financial obligations;
- To know that our practices will be just and fair, meaning that we will be inclusive of someone’s background, language, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability or disability, knowledge and life experiences;
- To know that our practices will be confidential and respectful, meaning that we will honour each person’s privacy and uphold the contextual limitations of confidentiality;
- To know that we will be committed to sharing information and knowledge with participants and that we will continue to enhance our work practices;
- To know that if a person has a complaint or grievance that this will be managed professionally and that all communication will be open, clear and honest.
