What can Service Users expect from the Dundaloo Foundation Ltd?
- To know their rights as a service user and the standards of practice set out by the NSW state government.
- To know what the Dundaloo Foundation Ltd may expect or require of a service user, concerning safe practices and financial obligations.
- To know that our practices will be just and fair, meaning that we will be inclusive of someone’s background, language, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, ability or disability, knowledge, and life experiences.
- To know that our practices will be confidential and respectful, meaning that we will honour each person’s privacy and uphold the contextual limitations of confidentiality.
- To know that we will be committed to sharing information and knowledge with service users and that we will continue to enhance our work practices.
- To know that if a person has a complaint or grievance that this will be managed professionally and that all communications will be open, clear, and honest.
